This cutting machine is for semi-automatic AAC production line.
Cutting machine is the main equipment for AAC block machine production line. Our HJQ-A cutting with advanced technology, can make the block with only one step, turning cut the six sides.
Feature:
1. Cutter is the most equipment in production of aerated concrete products.
2. Horizontal cutting and vertical cutting finished once.
3. Hexahedral cutting of the green brick, product precision in accordance with GB/T11969-1997.
4. Satisfying requirements of panel production, product precision in accordance with GB/T15762-1995.
5. All waste materials shall be reclaimed, by which secondary pollution will not be resulted inall waset materials shall be reclaimed, by which secondary pollution will not be resulted in.
6. Green brick not conglutinated.
7. Lead screw drive used in cross-section cut, solvng out-of -step of fluid drive.
8. Spacing and interlocking in the mechanical system to prevent accidents caused by improper operation.
9. With equipment to replace steel wire rapidly.
